Privacy, explained.
Last updated October 18, 2026. This describes the implemented VENTYRA pre-release app.
Who operates VENTYRA
VENTYRA is operated by Brian Nuesi. For privacy questions or requests, email support@getventyra.com.
Sign-in providers
If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, the provider shares the account details needed to authenticate you, such as an account identifier and email address. Apple may supply a private relay address. Apple authorization tokens are stored in server-only records so VENTYRA can disconnect the Apple authorization when you delete your account. These tokens are not visible to other members.
Information you provide
VENTYRA stores your account email, profile, roles, interests, country, skills, co-founder preferences and public project summary. It also stores connection requests, messages, blocks, reports, support requests, private pitch drafts and notes, shared projects and milestones, AI usage counts and verified Apple subscription records.
Who can see it
Discoverable profile information can be seen by signed-in members. Accepted connections may see your profile even when discovery is off. Messages are restricted to their participants. Private drafts, notes, exports and support requests are restricted to their owner through database access rules. Authorized service operators can access records needed to administer the service and review support or safety reports.
Project invitations share the title and goal with the invited connection. After acceptance, both participants can access and update milestones. Private pitch drafts are not copied into projects. Deleting a project owner’s account deletes their projects and milestones; deleting a collaborator’s account removes their membership. Blocking revokes collaborator access.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication, the database and server functions. Resend delivers account verification and password recovery emails and processes email addresses, message content and delivery records. Apple processes in-app subscriptions; VENTYRA receives signed transaction details, product identifiers and subscription status, not your payment-card details. When you explicitly request AI review, your submitted draft is sent to OpenAI. The AI request uses store:false; this does not promise zero provider retention. Provider operational and abuse-monitoring policies may still apply.
How information is used
Information powers profiles, co-founder discovery, connections, messages, private workspaces, support, safety controls and subscription access. Co-founder suggestions use skills, interests and availability. The implemented app does not sell personal data or include advertising trackers.
Your controls
Change discovery and request preferences in your profile. Export account data from You → Export my data. Delete your account from You → Delete account. Owned profile, connection, message, workspace, support and entitlement records are deleted from the active database when account deletion succeeds. Reports submitted by other people may remain with the deleted subject identifier removed. Provider logs and backups may follow separate retention schedules; immediate deletion from every backup is not promised.
AI choices
AI review is optional. Your drafts are not submitted for review automatically. AI suggestions may be inaccurate; verify statements and avoid including sensitive personal information.
Contact and changes
Contact Brian Nuesi at support@getventyra.com for privacy questions or requests, including if you cannot access your account. Signed-in members can also use You → Support requests. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request. This notice will be updated when our data practices change.
