You can request permanent account deletion directly in VENTYRA.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to your VENTYRA account. For security, deletion requires a sign-in within the last 15 minutes.
  2. Open You → Delete account.
  3. Read the deletion details, type DELETE, then confirm.

The app deletes your account and owned profile, connections, messages, private drafts, notes, support requests and subscription-access records from the active database, then signs you out.

Cancel Apple billing separately

Deleting your VENTYRA account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Open Plans & purchases → Manage subscriptions before deleting, or cancel from Apple settings.

Export first if needed

Open You → Export my data to save a copy before deletion. Account deletion cannot be undone. See the privacy page for information about reports and provider backups.

Cannot sign in? Email support@getventyra.com to request account deletion or access help. We will verify ownership before deleting an account. Do not send your password or verification codes.
